These terms govern your use of the superit.ai website operated by Super IT Pty Ltd (ACN 685 638 126) of Lot 14, North Terrace, Adelaide SA 5000 ("SuperIT", "we", "us"). Use of the SuperIT platform as a customer is governed by the SuperIT SaaS Services Agreement at superit.ai/saas-services-agreement/ together with your order form. Last updated 15 July 2026.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using superit.ai you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

2. Platform customers

Access to and use of the SuperIT platform — including pilots, trials and paid subscriptions — is governed by the SuperIT SaaS Services Agreement (superit.ai/saas-services-agreement/) and your order form, not by these website terms. If there is any inconsistency, the SaaS Services Agreement prevails for platform use.

3. Website content

Content on this website is provided for general information about SuperIT and its services. It may change without notice and does not constitute legal, taxation, accountancy or professional advice. Product descriptions, pricing indications and roadmap items are subject to change and do not form an offer.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, video and software — is owned by or licensed to Super IT Pty Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print content for your own reference, but must not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit it without our prior written consent.
