SuperIT vs ConnectWise AI (zofiQ)

Triage and workflow automation inside ConnectWise PSA

You do not have to choose between ConnectWise and SuperIT. Our ConnectWise PSA integration is live and verified, so a ConnectWise partner can keep the platform, the billing and the support relationship exactly as they are and still get an agent that resolves tickets. That matters, because ConnectWise AI, built on the zofiQ acquisition, is strongest at triage: it classifies and routes tickets and surfaces next steps from your knowledge base and past tickets, and the results ConnectWise publishes are triage and classification numbers. SuperIT does that work too, then keeps going, investigating the environment through its own endpoint agent and Digital Twin and taking the ticket to a verified close. Their genuine advantage is simplicity: one vendor for the platform, the AI, the billing and the support. If that single relationship is what you are buying, ConnectWise is coherent. If you want the work finished, add SuperIT to the ConnectWise stack you already run.

What ConnectWise AI is

ConnectWise acquired zofiQ in January 2026 and expanded it as ConnectWise AI. It learns from your PSA, knowledge base and RMM data, then triages and classifies incoming tickets, routes them, documents work, monitors SLAs and surfaces relevant solutions from your documentation and ticket history. ConnectWise markets it as agentic and executing rather than assisting, and the results it publishes are triage and classification figures: 90 to 97% triage accuracy, five to ten minutes saved per ticket, two to three hours per agent per day. The commercial model is still forming, with different agent types expected to be metered differently.

ConnectWise AI strengths

  • Triage, routing and workflow orchestration in-platform.
  • Published triage and classification accuracy of 90 to 97%, with real time saved per ticket.
  • Native to ConnectWise PSA, so there is nothing extra to integrate or deploy.
  • One vendor for the platform, the AI, the billing and the support, which is genuinely simpler to run.
  • Oversight Agent for governance, SLA monitoring and operational accountability.

Honest limitations

  • The published results are triage and classification metrics, so resolution depth is worth verifying on a demo against your own tickets.
  • It reaches only the clients you run on ConnectWise PSA.
  • Commercial model still forming; token and consumption components make the scope of what you are buying hard to pin down.

Resolution model

SuperIT: SuperIT triages, classifies and routes the same way, drawing on your knowledge base and past tickets, then keeps going: it investigates the environment, executes approved fixes, verifies the outcome and closes. That runs autonomously or with an engineer in the loop.

ConnectWise AI: ConnectWise AI triages and classifies tickets, routes them, documents work and surfaces next steps from your documentation and ticket history. ConnectWise markets it as executing rather than assisting; the figures it publishes are triage and classification accuracy.

We do everything they do at intake, and then the part that removes the work. Take their resolution claims to a demo with your own tickets and see how many close without a technician.

Device & environment context

SuperIT: The SuperIT endpoint agent runs on Windows, macOS and Linux alongside the RMM you already have, and feeds a live Digital Twin: a continuously updated model of devices, network, identity and services and how they relate. Native integrations with Microsoft 365 and with any platform that exposes a public API add the rest of the context, and the actions to go with it.

ConnectWise AI: ConnectWise AI works from PSA, knowledge base and RMM data inside the ConnectWise platform.

Both draw on the PSA. Only one of them has an endpoint agent and a Digital Twin telling it the live state of the machine, which is what the harder incidents need.

Stack alignment

SuperIT: SuperIT integrates with ConnectWise PSA today, verified and live, and with Autotask, Halo, Syncro, Ninja and others. It sits above whatever each client runs as a system of intelligence, so nothing gets replaced.

ConnectWise AI: ConnectWise AI is native to ConnectWise PSA, which makes it effortless there and unavailable everywhere else.

This is not a reason for a ConnectWise partner to look elsewhere. Keep ConnectWise and add SuperIT on top. The difference only bites when some of your clients are on something else, because SuperIT covers those too.

Human role

SuperIT: You set the level of autonomy per customer. The same agent can run read-only for one client, require a named approver for another and close autonomously for a third, with a human in the loop wherever you want one. It is configured to the service provider and to each of their customers, not set globally by us.

ConnectWise AI: Technicians own the work, with the Oversight Agent monitoring tickets, SLAs and agent activity for governance.

Comparable in intent. SuperIT's autonomy is set per customer, so you can run different levels of automation across a mixed client base.

Time to value

SuperIT: Set up and running in an hour, working tickets to resolution within 24 hours. Most customers reach significant automation within a month, once the third-party integrations are connected and the workflows are tuned.

ConnectWise AI: Quick to switch on for an existing ConnectWise partner, since it is native to the platform.

Setup is comparable, and neither is a heavy lift. The question is what you have at the end of the first month.

Channels

SuperIT: Slack, Microsoft Teams, email through your ticketing system, web chat, and embedded in your existing customer portal such as CloudRadial or Desk Director. Engineers get the same agent in an interactive chat.

ConnectWise AI: The channels ConnectWise PSA already serves.

SuperIT reaches end users directly through the channels they already use, on top of the ConnectWise ticket flow.

Trust & controls

SuperIT: Allowlist and blocklist policies, approval workflows, no-go zones, full audit logs and per-tenant isolation. ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II and ISO 42001 are all in progress.

ConnectWise AI: Governance through the Oversight Agent, with monitoring of tickets, SLAs and agent activity inside the platform.

Their controls are built around overseeing work. Ours are built around what an agent may execute, because it is doing more of the work.

Choose SuperIT if…

  • You are a ConnectWise partner and want an agent that goes past triage and suggestions to actually finish the work.
  • You want to keep ConnectWise as your platform and add resolution on top, rather than switch anything.
  • Your harder incidents need live device and network context, not just what the PSA and knowledge base already hold.
  • Some of your clients run something other than ConnectWise, and you want one agent covering all of them.

Where ConnectWise AI stops short

  • Its published results are triage and classification figures, so how much it closes unattended needs verifying.
  • It works from PSA, knowledge base and RMM data, without an endpoint agent reporting live device state.
  • It reaches only the clients you run on ConnectWise PSA.
  • Its commercial model is still forming across per-user, per-ticket and consumption components.

Common questions

Can SuperIT work with ConnectWise?

Yes. The ConnectWise PSA integration is live and verified, and it is one of the integrations we support today. You keep ConnectWise as your platform and your system of record, keep the billing and support relationship you already have, and add SuperIT above it. Nothing has to be migrated or replaced, and the SuperIT endpoint agent installs alongside your existing RMM.

ConnectWise AI vs SuperIT: who is it for?

ConnectWise AI is for partners who want everything from one vendor and whose main gap is triage. It classifies and routes well, and the accuracy figures ConnectWise publishes back that up. SuperIT is for ConnectWise partners who want the work finished rather than prepared: we triage and route too, then investigate the environment through our endpoint agent and Digital Twin and close the ticket. Because they are not mutually exclusive, the honest answer for most ConnectWise shops is to keep ConnectWise and put SuperIT on top.

Is ConnectWise AI the same as zofiQ?

Yes. ConnectWise acquired zofiQ in January 2026 and is embedding it as ConnectWise AI inside ConnectWise PSA. zofiq.ai now redirects to ConnectWise's AI positioning.
