Digital Twin

The live model of every environment you support.

The Digital Twin combines live data from the SuperIT Endpoint RMM Agent with your ticket history and conversations. It knows each user, device, application and network, and how they connect, so every investigation starts from what is true right now.

5/5 on G2

Most AI reads the ticket. SuperIT reads the environment.

Ticket history tells you what worked last time. The Digital Twin tells you what is true today.

Three sources, one picture

Technical observations from the Endpoint RMM Agent, investigations and resolutions from historical tickets, and conversations with end users and engineers. Together they build an evolving understanding of each customer’s environment.

Live state, not stale playbooks

The fix that worked six months ago can be wrong for the same user’s newly managed laptop. The twin tracks device metrics in five-minute and hourly rollups, plus every change, so SuperIT reasons from the present.

Diagnose before touching the device

Many issues are diagnosed from the twin alone: the VPN is down, the adapter dropped, the user signed out. Nothing runs on the endpoint until a check is actually needed.

Remembers every user

Who each person is, which devices they use, what happened last time and how they like to be helped. Context follows the user across devices and tickets.

Built on our own Endpoint RMM Agent

Fast round trips, richer device data, reliable command execution built for an AI agent, and execution in the signed-in user’s session as a first-class feature. It runs alongside your RMM, not instead of it.

Private to each customer

Every customer gets its own twin. End users only see their own team’s data, and nothing is ever disclosed in a form that identifies you or your users.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Deploy the Endpoint RMM Agent

Roll it out on Windows, macOS and Linux through the RMM you already run.

  2. Step 2

    Connect your systems

Your PSA and Microsoft 365 add users, tickets and the relationships between them.

  3. Step 3

    Build the twin

Past tickets and live device data become a graph of people, devices, applications and networks.

  4. Step 4

    Keep it current

Every metric, change, ticket and conversation updates the twin automatically.

Every investigation starts from what’s true right now.

“We’ve tested many ticket remediation solutions, and only SuperIT passed our accuracy tests. It’s also very easy to use.”

Questions about Digital Twin

What is the Digital Twin?

A continuously updated graph of each customer environment: people, devices, sessions, networks, printers, applications and how they relate. SuperIT’s agents use it as context for every answer, investigation and action.

Why build your own Endpoint RMM Agent instead of using our RMM?

RMM agents are designed for management work like patching and scheduled scripts. An AI agent troubleshooting live needs fast round trips, richer device data and reliable command execution in the user’s own session. The SuperIT endpoint agent is built for that, every command passes the safety pipeline, and it runs alongside your RMM.

What does the Endpoint RMM Agent collect?

System information changes and live metrics such as CPU, memory, disk, network and Wi-Fi, rolled up every five minutes and every hour. Commands run as the signed-in user, never SYSTEM.

Is the Digital Twin shared between our customers?

No. Each customer environment has its own twin, and end users only see their own team’s data.
